A Little About Your Wedding Specialists

As your specialists, it's our goal to make your planning experience a piece of (wedding) cake! We are fueled by your happiness, and  love providing individualized experiences with each and every couple that walks through the door. Know that we are each here for you every step of the way with dedicated service and professional advice. Countdown to "I Do"

Upon booking
  • It's time to consider securing your other wedding professionals! Take a peek at our Preferred Professionals list below; these are just a few of the vendors that we love working with.
6-8 months before
  • Bon appétit! Menu tasting time is here. After you enjoy your meal, we'll catch up and go over any new details you have for your special day. Here is a guide that will help with menu selection, day of tips, as well as what to expect after your tasting.
  • If you selected the Platinum or Grand Collection, please reach out to Jacques to schedule your cake tasting.
  • Seal the deal (or envelope) with your wedding invitations. Tip: remind guests to place their initials next to their meal choice (check out this example). We'll need each individual's selection in your RSVP Guide.
  • Shower, rehearsal dinner, welcome event, or farewell brunch - oh my! Have you thought about the celebrations surrounding your big day? Enjoy a waived clubhouse fee for other wedding-related events you book at Manchester Country Club.
  • Planning décor but need a refresher tour? Enjoy this 3D walk through of our first floor Great Room, Lofts, and Bridal Suite.
2 months before
  • We're almost there! Let's finalize the time of your ceremony rehearsal.
  • Have you considered your ceremony details? Here is a helpful tool to get you thinking about your ceremony order.
1 month before
  • Time for finishing touches! We'll need to finalize the following before your big day:
    - Your Floorplan
    - Your Vendor Contact Information
    - Your RSVP Guide
    - End of the Night Décor Plan
14 days before
  • It's time to start your final countdown to the best day ever! Your "final details" meeting will be scheduled during this time. In this meeting, we'll dot your i's, cross your t's, put a friendly face to your assigned day-of wedding manager, and make sure your final balance is settled for the big day!
  • Please send your final RSVP Guide and Ceremony Order Guide (if applicable) to your wedding coordinator.

You're Not Alone

All your wedding planning questions, answered

The Great Room can accommodate up to 260 guests, with space reserved to boogie on the dance floor alongside your DJ or band. Based on your estimated guest count and other event specifications, we’ll guide you through selecting the perfect room set for your special day.
At Manchester Country Club, we offer 72" round tables (typically seats 10-12 guests) and 60" round tables (typically seats 8-10 guests). You are welcome to mix and match table sizes based on your seating arrangements. When planning, please note we only have (15) 72" round tables. If you are interested in a different shape or size table, we're happy to work with you to find the right vendor for a special order!

The Bridal Suite is included if you are hosting an on-site ceremony and you will have access beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the morning of your wedding. A small breakfast spread is included with lunch menus available for the afternoon. 

If you are not hosting an on-site ceremony, the Bridal Suite is available the morning of your wedding for an additional charge and will include all of the above. 

With your ceremony on-site, the getting ready rooms are available starting at 9:00 a.m. You can add-on the bridal suite prior to your off-site ceremony as well.
Of course! You're more than welcome to use our house décor. You have access to our ivory floor-length linen, votive candles, centerpieces; three black and glass lanterns, and black and white table numbers.

If you are bringing your own décor, you are welcome drop it off throughout the week leading up to your big day. We encourage scheduling an appointment with your wedding specialist prior to dropping off your décor. This will help to ensure our team can assist with your day of décor plan, so you can focus on pampering/relaxing! Of course, please leave your valuables (wedding gown, gifts, etc.) at home until the day of your wedding.
You certainly can! We just ask that they are not open flame and you don't have more than 3 real candles per table. We also ask that no real candles are placed on the floor.
We ask that you please refrain from using petals down the aisle. A fun alternative? Bubbles!
Drum roll… whenever you want! We only host one wedding a day, so we can focus entirely on you. Typical start times range from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Don't forget, you have the space for six hours, plus an additional 30 minutes if your ceremony is onsite.
We understand how important your ceremony location is, so you are able to move the location due to weather no later than 10:00 a.m. the morning of your wedding.
We provide complete food and beverage service for you right here at the Club. You are welcome to bring in sweet treats for your reception (cake, cupcakes, etc.) from a licensed baker. Please note outside alcohol is not permitted, in accordance with the New Hampshire State Liquor Commissioner's regulations.
We do! Please inquire with your wedding specialist. Military savings may not be combined with other promotions.

Our staff will assist in packing up your items at the end of the night. We ask that there is a car on property for us to help load your items into that same night. This car can be left overnight if you can pick it up the next morning.
Yes! We just ask that they are picked up the day after the wedding.
We would love to celebrate with you! As a Manchester Country Club couple, you'll receive waived Clubhouse fees for your shower, rehearsal dinner, welcome event or farewell brunch.
