COURSE AVAILABILITY FOR NON-PARTICIPATING MEMBERS 

The course will be closed Thursday, July 27 and Friday, July 28 for tournament play. Limited play will be available (weather permitting) after the completion of the tournament on Saturday, July 29 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Play will be available on a first come, first-served basis.

In addition, Manchester Country Club will assist in accommodating golf requests at other local clubs. Please contact the Golf Shop to explore reciprocal options. We can also assist in accommodating requests at local Troon Privé properties. DRESS CODE

Golf Attire: The proper attire for golf is as follows:
Gentlemen: Slacks or three-quarter-length shorts (no denim); sleeved shirts with standard or mock collars (no tee shirts).
Ladies: Slacks, mid-length shorts or skirts (no denim). Collared shirts may be sleeveless; sleeveless shirts must have a collar.

General: MCC is a non-metal spike facility. All baseball-style caps are to be worn frontward at all times. The Club reserves the right to deem any dress unacceptable and deny access for play.

Additional Information:
In the member dining rooms; gentlemen, guests and male children are to wear collared shirts at all times. Golf shirts must be tucked in at all times, resort style casual wear does not i.e. Tommy Bahama. Crewneck dress shirts are acceptable but tee shirts and slogan tee shirts are not acceptable in the dining areas. Sweat suits, sweat shorts or sports team jerseys are not acceptable attire for these areas.

Gentlemen are not permitted to wear hats in the front of the house, member dining or bar/lounge area at any time. Hats are permitted in the pro shop, locker rooms and card rooms. Hats are not permitted to be worn backwards anywhere on the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A member will be charged the full tournament fee if entry is canceled within seven days of the tournament, unless the entry can be filled before the tournament by the Golf Shop.
