"Class is performed on your mat, a mix between Barre and Pilates, you will use your own body weight to tone, strengthen and stretch your body. Pilates is the practice of controlling your breathe while performing resistance body weight exercises with a focus on strengthening your core. Barre targets the body's small muscle groups with isometric movements mostly focusing on the glute, thighs and abdominal muscles."
Please bring your own yoga mat for the class.
