the Golf Shop at the completion of the round signed and attested.
Entry: $35 per player, includes prizes
Format: A,B,C,D (2 best ball)
Notes: A complete schedule of matches will be sent out to all participants

Cancellation Policy: A reservation made for any Club function must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the event of the charge for the event may be enforced.
