Hosted by 603 Charcuterie, pick up some fun new skills just in time for the holiday season! Learn how to make salami roses, kiwi flowers, salami ribbons, and cut and arrange cheeses in different ways all while learning about local New Hampshire charcuterie products.

$100 per person
Includes: 1 NH made wooden serving board to keep, all charcuterie supplies (mostly NH made products), open bar for wine & beer, and more!

After your class, your welcome to enjoy your creation on the Terrace with a glass of wine, or we can package it up for you to take home and enjoy with family and friends.
