• The Project’s main feature was an expanded and completely renovated 4,000-square-foot ballroom (now called The Great Room), accommodating weddings and events of all sizes up to a 300-seat capacity.
• For outdoor wedding ceremonies and expanded pre-function (i.e. cocktail reception) capabilities, a new 1,200-square-foot bluestone patio (now called The Canopy) was added to the southerly end of the ballroom and is covered by a tent from April to October.

• A new, open-air veranda with bluestone terrace is accessible from the expanded ballroom, restoring some of the building’s original architecture, and an original fireplace will remain part of the ballroom design.
• Featuring all-new décor, the ballroom is easily transformed, with a neutral design palette and portable dance floor that can be customized to desired size.
• Wedding parties enjoy an all-new private bridal suite (The Dressing Room) and dedicated photo area.
• The main lobby was renovated for a lasting first impression.
