What do you bring to the “table”? I have been working in the Food and Beverage department at Manchester Country Club for 20 years. I’m always working on perfecting the classics, while also incorporating new and trendy dishes for our members to experience.
Where are you from? I am native from El Salvador, and moved to the United States in 1999.
Favorite MCC Hole to play? Although I don’t play, I love walking the course on a late summer day; it’s so beautiful and peaceful.
What’s for lunch? My favorite lunch item is the Mediterranean Greek Salad topped with Pan-seared Salmon.
Fun weekend activity? My kids play baseball, and I love attending their games on the weekends. There is nothing better than going to the field early to watch and enjoying a hot cup of coffee.
